I am so glad that you took the time to seek out someone that can help, someone who will make a real difference in your life.

Having some basic information about the therapist or assessment specialist is important.  I’ve provided some of the information you would like to have about me and my practice below.

Finding someone who you connect with and trust, someone who really understands where you are today and can help you construct a vision for your future.  This is the first step to finding a better way and saying good-by to the struggles that you are facing.

While you can learn a little about the therapist you may work with over the Internet, the best way to decide with who you want to start working is to contact them and then schedule an initial appointment.

This is why I offer a free initial phone consultation and a reduced initial session.
